What do I receive?

Each product page lists the exact files included. Depending on the product, your download can include printable PDFs, fillable PDFs, an editable Excel dashboard, instructions and licence information.

Is anything shipped?

No. Frostwood products are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped.

How do I receive my files?

After a successful purchase, the digital files connected to your order are delivered through the store's digital-download process. Keep your order confirmation for reference.

What language are the files in?

All current Frostwood products are in English.

Can I print the files more than once?

You can use and print the purchased files in accordance with the licence included with your product. For multi-site, team or broader commercial use, check the included licence or contact us before purchase.

Can I resell or redistribute the files?

No. Frostwood files, templates and modified versions may not be resold, redistributed or offered as another template product unless you have explicit written permission.

Is this technical or safety advice?

No. Frostwood products are record-keeping and operations tools. Always follow equipment-manufacturer instructions, local requirements and qualified professional guidance where required.

Which product should I choose?
